OMFG, this. Please. I had surgery on the abdomen and with pain meds and whatnot, it was *very* hard to sit up, move around, etc. Having a stab-wound to the gut pretty much precludes you *running* and then *leaping* onto a retreating boat, landing basically gut-first. Jeez.
