I believe very strongly in YKINMKATO. As long as everyone tags appropriately, they can write what they like and others can read it or not.
But!

I'm always really worried by anal sex scenes where a big deal is made over one finger because the receiving party is just omg-so-tight, because, like... have they never pooped before? Ever? At all?
