For various reasons, I only slept about an hour last night. I just took a 2.5 hour nap, so I feel a little better. But I'm still pretty exhausted. Hope tonight I sleep better.

super tired. who knows what it is this week, my sleep schedule being out of whack, my medication being off, my hypothyroidism suddenly shifting into a higher gear again...

Might be a good idea to get some blood work done, anon. Check your thyroid out, vitamin d levels, etc.

Chronic fatigue syndrome person here, so yep, permanently tired (I did feel OK for 2 minutes in the library last week?) It's more like having bad 'flu than being tired, though.

Thanks to my various chronic illnesses, I'm basically never not tired.

I get more tired when I oversleep. Six to seven hours seems to be the sweet spot for me.

Me. I think being mentally exhausted is a huge contribution to feeling tired.

As weird as this may sound, are you getting enough exercise? I always feel incredibly tired and just blah when I don't go out walking for a few days.

Supernatural season 5 is my favorite.

That is really the only one I can think of so it must be the only one.

Doctor Who series 5, Babylon 5 season 3, or Legend of the Seeker season 2 are my 3 favorite seasons of tv of all time. Buffy season 2 would be my next choice.
