I loved "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" when I was a kid, I thought the darkness and the humor balanced out really nicely and made for a super fun watch, but that shoe!! That poor shoe!! I still can't watch that poor shoe get Dipped, it's too visceral and upsetting to me.

I really liked that movie, but even as an adult, I still sometimes have bad dreams with that poor little show getting dipped.

It was just so drawn out and so painful! I get that it was to make the point that Dip was an incredibly cruel way to kill toons, but good god, man.

That scene, and the main villain in general still gives me the goddamn heebie jeebies. Like it's just... fucking creepy.

Strangely, Doom himself didn't scare me! I loved him as a villain (loved to hate him, I suppose?), but he never gave me the jeebies. Just watching that poor shoe die got to me.

Oh my god, the shoe scene. That freaked me out. It was so creepy and sadistic.
