Oh same. Star and Marco (both platonically and romantically) worked best when they were just being pals. It was organic and if it had steadily just grown into something romantic as the show progressed, I think I would have dug it. But then they just kept dragging out the whole "Will They, Won't They" nonsense and some bit of love triangles that it just fell into another cycle of cliche romance plots.

...Also I kinda wanted Marco and Tom to get together. Like I'm not the only one who felt a vibe between the two yes?

(And man, this isn't getting into the last episode where I'm still mixed over Star's big decision...)
