104. I'm not even in the fandom but god, can we please forget about the same goddamn shipping war already? Just because someone ships something that isn't canon doesn't make them crazy or delusional. People don't care if it "never stood a chance", they ship something because it works in their minds, and just because you can't see it doesn't mean you're somehow better than them.
122. RP scares the shit out of me too, for the same exact reasons you listed. There's this one that I'm really interested in but I just can't get over my scared-shitless-ness to actually try to get in. At least you have some writing experience, I don't even have that to back me up. D:

156. Haven't seen the movie but I read the book about a dozen times when I was a kid and yeah, I too sometimes think that if I can just concentrate hard enough...
But it never works. And it breaks my heart every time. :c

(Anonymous) 2008-10-17 10:51 pm (UTC)(link)And anyway, it just really hurt when my best friend ditched me to watch this show. Especially since this was right before I was leaving for college and wouldn't see her...basically at all anymore. *shrug* It just felt unfair.
And I get irrationally pissed when she fans over those two. I don't hate her all the time. Just when she goes all fangirly.
