Maybe I'm unfairly biased, but in my experience, incest is never healthy for either person in the relationship.
Incest between directly related family members is disgusting and damaging, not only to the people in the relationship, but to any potential offspring, who are put HIGHLY at risk of birth defects and other problems.

Incest is certainly not healthy for everyone. It really would have to depend on whether the person can handle being that close to someone in that many ways. There's also often the worry, with siblings (and often goes up to usually with something like parent/child, aunt-or-uncle/neice-or-nephew, etc), that there's a power play in the relationship. You get the same problems with college professor/student relationships or boss/employee relationships -- one is in a position of power over the other and the latter may feel they don't even have a choice in the matter. That's harder to get around when one is an adult in a position of power over a child, but it can definitely still occur between siblings as well.
Still, when it comes down to that, that's a problem that doesn't stem directly from it being incest, but from it being a nonconsentual situation.
I knew a girl whose boyfriend convinced her to steal from her job; it's lucky they aren't in prison, but she definitely got laid off and in a lot of trouble. On the other hand, I was friends with twin girls who did have a sexual relationship with each other, but approached it in a healthy manner. They're still very close as best friends, and I don't know if they're still having sex or in a romantic relationship or not, because we grew apart and it's not really my business, but it apparently isn't adversely affecting either of them, so I don't have a problem with it. People make stupid choices and fucked up relationships can exist without it being incest. Incest can definitely be unhealthy, but it definitely depends on who's involved.
... end tl'dr. :|b Also I still don't get the choice of the word "disgusting," though I can see unhealthy and damaging. I think it's basically the "ewewewewew!" response that the OP might have been talking about getting rid of, to be honest. XD;
