A big theme is men like violent sex bc they've been conditioned to hate women and women have been conditioned to please men. One of their examples is "training away your gag reflex" which they say reduces your ability to vomit when you need to. Is this really true?

Nayrt - The thing about the gag reflex (which seems like pretty obvious bullshit to me)

Uhhhh... Only if the only way you can vomit is manual stimulation? Given the gag reflex has *nothing* to do with the internal processes that send the signals that say 'open the throat and contract the stomach, there's something in here that needs to leave ASAP'.

Thank you. I thought it sounded fishy.

I mean, if someone tries to OD on pills and then suddenly decides they don't actually want to die, having the ability to make themselves vomit would definitely be a good thing. But beyond that quite specific situation, I don't see a lot of scenarios where having an easily triggered gag reflex would make much difference. If your body needs to vomit, it will make you vomit.

That said, if someone out there is acting like it's a woman's duty to "train away her gag reflex" in order to better please her man, then that person is a sexist asshole.

Thank you. And yes, I agree. It was just the medical aspect of it that had me wondering.

You can train away your gag reflex, I used to try at it as a kid with my toothbrush. Partly for oral, mostly for curiosity. It doesn't reduce your ability to vomit when you need to, but it does make it easier to hold back from gagging when something is lodged in your throat.
Mostly playing with your gag reflex will just induce vomiting. (something I've done from time to time because of allergies, and when I drink a lot and want to curb my hangover)
