Son of a Witch by Gregory Maguire where the main characters basically gets raped by some girl to "heal him" while he's comatose, she gets pregnant and still ends up as his true love or some shit.

that's nasty. I liked Wicked so much too (the book is very different from the musical for anyone reading this who doesn't know that)
