Um. Preventing people from invading your privacy without your consent isn't really what I would call prejudicial. Telepaths wanna use their power with people who are OK with it? Awesome! But saying that being pro-mutant means you have to let others use their powers on or against you whenever THEY feel like it is... no. That's like saying its prejudicial against mutations to put gloves on if Rogue wants to hold hands with you.
