ngl I judge people's Star Wars taste based on their opinion of Rogue One.

Which way do you judge?

If they don't like it, think it shouldn't be included in a marathon lineup, or rank it below both the prequels and sequels, I assume the rest of their Star Wars opinions are shit, and they usually are.

I'm safe.

I would never willingly watch the prequels again (I don't even particularily liek rewatching RoJ), but I don't really like to rewatch Rouge One, because I find most of the film boring (the script is all over the place)and I'm not that fond of the bleakness.

AYRT - If you don't like downer endings, that's totally fine, but no Star Wars movie has ever been known for its amazing script.

Sort of same? If they think it shouldn't be included in anyone's lineup and insist it's objectively worse than the main line trilogies, they're not worth listening to about Star Wars.

If they leave it out of their own marathon or rank it below the main line trilogies on their personal preference list, though, that's fine. It's tonally pretty different from the Jedi-focused films, so someone who's there for the trilogies might not find it to their liking.
