How annoyed are you about how sooner and sooner the Christmas season starts?

In the Philippines where I grew up it usually started in July. So it honestly doesn't feel that early to me here in the US. Plus I love Christmas music and could listen to it year round. So it doesn't really bother me.

Very. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday so everyone bulldozing right past it to celebrate a month and a half of Christmas bums me out.

I ignore it. October's for Halloween, November's for Thanksgiving, and December's for Christmas. No amount of marketing is gonna change my mind.

Stores and radio stations that play Christmas music before Thanksgiving need to fuck off to last year. I can tolerate the merch because I can avoid those aisles for now, but I can't avoid music when picking up a prescription. And I LIKE Christmas music, just not this effing early.

christmas foods/sweets start appearing in stores at the beginning of september. a short break in October foe spooky week (aka around halloween) and then its christmas hell.

Pretty annoyed. They were already putting up Christmas stuff in Target before Halloween was even over.
