(Anonymous) 2019-11-02 12:28 am (UTC)(link)i've read their fics because they're always recommended as 'amazing' and i try to get into them but i just... can't. they're too fucking boring. the sad thing is the prose and dialogue aren't even bad, but the content of their fics are always the dullest things in existence and i'm just so baffled at how they're a popular writer in the first place. even their smut is boring ffs!

(Anonymous) 2019-11-02 01:55 am (UTC)(link)not only does nothing happen in their fic, they're multi-chaptered snooze-fests of nothing happening, where character Y is present for 3 chapters out of 10 while character X gets to have a life and story-focus. not that it does anything due to the aforementioned cardboard status, but the ridiculous discrepancy in their character favoritism just BUGS ME. if you're writing X/Y fic can they at least BOTH be present for a majority of the fic???
