I actually haven't seen much shipping at all in the Elementary fandom. Most of the discussion I've seen of their relationship is how wonderful their completely platonic love is.
...and occasionally talking about how subby Sherlock is. But even that is non-sexual, as far as I've seen.
Maybe we just follow different people?

I haven't seen much either, but then I haven't really gone looking. Typically what I come across is more to the mainstream side of fandom, like people writing episode reviews for websites, rather than stuff like fic.
