Getting reeeeaaaaaal tired of my coworker who calls out "sick" all the fucking time. Bitch, I have a chronic health condition (migraines) and I've called out fewer times in the past YEAR than you have in the past six months. And she's supposed to be my backup so if she calls out, that means I have no backup and I have to do my work AND hers.

I wish they'd just fire her because she's too goddamn flaky to have a job. (Oh, and the kicker? She was out for almost a month because she fucked up her knee, and when she came back I overheard her telling another coworker that it happened when she was "wasted.")

Fuck off. Just fuck off so that we can get someone reliable instead.
