pretty much everything people get mad about in fandom honestly.

it's fine to be disappointed or annoyed with a story not going the way you want, but the way people act like it's literally killed their pet is astounding. just dump the thing and move on if it bugs you that much.

Eh, I understand it to an extent. Some people invest a lot of time into something, and it really sucks when, say, the writers clearly drop the ball and worse, don't seem to care that they did.

Of course, I tend to gravitate toward fix-it fic when that happens, but I understand bad reactions if people have literally been waiting on something for years only to see it blown up with a turd bomb. It's not just having hopes dashed, it's being slapped in the face at the same time.

Most things, online logic seems to translate into RL logic along the same lines of 'you don't have to do the dishes if you smash all the plates'... aka, not much.

Someone liking something that person doesn't. Someone thinking some piece of media is good that that person hates. Why do people take other people's media opinions so personally? It is ridiculous.
