(Anonymous) 2019-11-23 02:32 pm (UTC)(link)It's reasonable to expect that victims in general are telling the truth, and when someone does something to make others doubt the veracity of their claims, then yes, the natural consequence is that their story doesn't get believed.

(Anonymous) 2019-11-24 12:50 pm (UTC)(link)THIS. The assumption that victims are telling the truth is a good one because 98% of the time, they are. If evidence strongly points towards a particular person falling into the lying 2%, however, then they shouldn't be believed automatically.
