I just feel like the overwhelming financial advantages are a pretty OK tradeoff for the media stereotypes.

If it were that simple, yeah. Unfortunately those media stereotypes lead more than the usual number of people to dismiss others going "lol cry more, rich girl" when people have genuine mental disorders or even grievances, so...

I mean, I get it, with the rich we're always punching up so it's supposed to be ok. But /shrug I guess it depends on how ok with it you are
