Well, not *gigantic*....2500 - 5000 words each? It's at nearly 100,000 words so far. There's just so much fandom/character specific banter (which is fine, i don't need to be a fan to enjoy something like that), but when a plot point is introduced, and the next three chapters are mostly just back-and-forthing with nothing being *done* about/with the plot point.....

It's frustrating, because i love their style and love their stuff, but i really want some STORY TO HAPPEN.

It does to me, too, but at the same time it feels petty and stupid because it's obvious this is something they're writing 'cause they love the characters and just want to play.

Obviously, i have not voiced this to them, and am going to keep reading and commenting on particularly stand-out moments.

......while quietly seething. :D
