It'd probably depend on whether or not that person had a job or somewhere they needed to be in the mornings, but I think it'd be fairly typical, just... higher quality? So, maybe cafe au lait or hot chocolate, some brioche or croissants with butter and/or jam, a nice selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, stuff like that. Most basic would be coffee + pastry.
