Suffering, more or less.

I need a root canal in one of my teeth and it hurts like hell. I can't sleep or eat because of this. I don't know when I'll be able to get it fixed either since I have to pay for it out of my own pocket.

This is even worse than it sounds because I'm pretty sure that this happened because the dentist over-drilled the cavity in that tooth, but I can't prove it.

The Tylenol I just took has helped though. At least there's that.

I know people don't like doing this, but could you have it pulled? It would likely be cheaper.

They say I need it for eating, but I'm gonna talk to them about it on Monday. I really just want this over with.

Yeah, my sister had a tooth pulled recently. It cracked completely down the middle. After having it pulled, it was instantly pain free. You might also want to look at getting a second opinion.
