Go be whatever gender you. Live your best life. But don't deny science and say you can change sex because then you are no better than a flat earther.

And before you fascists "no platform" Jo take the time to learn the differences between sex and gender.

That's not relevant to defending Forstater. Citing it as relevant is either transphobic or massively, negligently, implausibly ignorant on JKR's part.

Honest question: how often in your daily life do you quiz people on the status of their DNA and genitals?

The existence of trans people and their rights to be treated with respect has jack shit to do with "denying science" and you know it.

Maybe you should take a little time to learn *why* Maya Forstater went to court about this. She isn't defending her right to separate the ideas of "sex" and "gender" (both of which are more complicated than she's admitting) she's going to court because she wants the right to identify people as whatever biological sex she thinks they are, regardless of medical reality or their chosen gender.

And, to be clear, she's not just defending her right to do that - she's arguing that her ability to do that on the job is protected under human rights legislation.

Man, the existence of intersex people must trigger you something fierce.

I love the pretence that everyone who feels like wearing a dress is actually part of the .00000001% of people who are intersex.

1) Intersex people are as common as redheads.

2) that isn't what AYRT meant.

Nice deflection, says all we need to know about you.
