I was really disappointed by the prequel trilogy after having loved the original trilogy (and having liked some of the extended universe books and even the not great TV movies The Ewok Adventure and Ewoks: The Battle for Endor), so I decided I just wasn't going to watch this sequel trilogy. I think this was the right choice for me, given what I've seen from a distance of the present works and fandom. I will be enjoying the original trilogy and some bits of the extended universe, pretending the prequel trilogy was a fever dream, and 'aww'ing at Baby Yoda (or The Child, if you prefer) pics, vids, and gifs because he's so fricking cute. You should try to take what you want from Star Wars, too, and let the rest fall away.

I was disappointed with ROS but I have to say, every time I see someone call it 'the worst Star Wars movie ever' I want to gently suggest they watch Attack of the Clones again.

Attack of the Clones was my least favorite before, though I do like it. But I do think TROS is worse, certainly as a Star Wars movie even if not as a movie in general (though I'd say it is worse in both senses).

I saw Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith multiple times and can't remember what the fuck even happened other than the very end of Revenge of the Sith.

I'll say this for the sequels: I don't find them forgettable!

I've watched both in the past two weeks. TROS is a far worse movie than AOTC.
