I've got one where the warnings/notes basically boil down to 'romantic surgery with a background of medical experimentation', and another tagged with 'friendly kidnapping'. Several tagged with 'homicidal protectiveness', as that's a theme I enjoy. I usually use semi-standard warnings (by which I mean, trackable tags on AO3), so they're probably not that unusual, but I've a fair few things marked with things like 'aftermath of torture', 'twisted and fully feelings', 'human sacrifice', 'cannibalism', etc.

Weirdly, I'm mostly a gen/teamfic writer. Every so often I just write something very dark as a palette cleanser or something.
