Honestly - I thought this movie was terrible from a Reylo perspective (or a Benrey perspective, however you want to define it). Which is pretty incredible for a movie that actually has them kiss, but it just seemed like all the tension and chemistry and interest was drained out of the relationship.

Also obviously not great for Kylux

Okay, but, is tension the only thing that makes romance? Han/Leia is not the only model for successful romance. You can have romance without tension. I get that it is a popular archetype, but lots of people like other types as well. And Ben and Rey fit into several archetypes, not just the tension romance one.

That was not my experience at all. I found the relationship more interesting and compelling in TROS than I did in TLJ.
