They were being sarcastic as a way to get a dig in at trans people, I think.

It's not transphobic to say that sex is real; what is transphobic is when people use it as an excuse to basically call trans women men and trans men women.

That is not "lesbians owe women-with-penises sex" in the slightest, what the fuck. There is a huge difference between "I personally couldn't be involved with someone who has a penis, regardless of gender" and "all trans women are forcing all lesbians to date them".
