I do too, but I'll watch and read and enjoy other things casually. I just don't get into more than one fandom at once.

I used to be very hard core into MCU fandom. I'm into something else now, but I still see MCU films. I just don't feel compelled to write/read fic anymore.

I only like to read and watch things that are fun (or at least guaranteed a happy/hopeful ending) because it's how I enjoy my escapism.

But OP, there's absolutely no shame in getting help for your anxiety and depression. I struggled with the fear of getting help for my anxiety for years and wouldn't wish those feelings on anybody. I'm doing much better with therapy, but those first couple of steps are definitely the hardest.
