Piggybacking off yours, Bridesmaids is overrated and unfunny.

To really get my head put on a spike here, I don't like most John Hughes movies. I've tried, I've really tried, but I just don't vibe with anything of his besides Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and even that I like more because of nostalgia (rewatching it last year, it, uh. It didn't age well in places).

I very much agree with you about Bridesmaids. I found it really unpleasant and uncomfortable to watch. I didn't really like any of the characters, and it isn't remotely the type of humor I like (even if we ignore the food-poisoning scene).

Do you mean just the ones he's written and directed (I'm not much for his later movies myself here - Planes, Trains & Automobiles, She's Having a Baby, Uncle Buck, and Curly Sue) or are you including all the ones he's just written (like National Lampoon's Vacation, Some Kind of Wonderful, Home Alone, Maid in Manhattan)?
