The first thing I ask medical professionals is which medical show is the most realistic. Interestingly enough most say Scrubs.

I'm not a nurse, but most of my friends are, and they all say Scrubs is the most realistic, too. So weird!

I'm sorry, I don't mean this in an insulting way and I'm sure it's not actually what you do, but I laughed because I imagined someone in a waiting room being told "The doctor can see you now," then walking into the examination room and immediately saying "Nice to meet you, which medical show would you say is the most realistic?"

Iirc the creator's father in law was a doctor and a bunch of it was based on his experiences?

As a semi-medical professional, I refuse to watch medical shows just because they're so unrealistic. My husband who is a medical professional, agrees.
