[Warning for possible spoiler for the mortal kombat movie (2021)]

I really hope that the leaks are false and the main character of the movie isn't going to be an O.C. Mortal kombat has more 40 characters and I would take any of them as the main character, even the ones I don't care about like stryker, than "cole turner"

Hadn't heard about any movie, but I agree with you. There is no reason for an OC main character. Why not use Liu Kang? He was protagonist for a few of the games. Or Kitana, Raiden, etc. There's so many options.
