I've been rewatching the last two seasons and thinking the same thing, haha.

The best bit, I think, is that Barack Obama was the inspiration behind Santos and Vinnick was kind of based on McCain. (The older, actual Maverick-y McCain, not the guy he became to try and win an election.)

My personal favorite has to be Charlie saying "I work with the most intelligent people in the world" and then Josh falling on his ass in his office ('cause Donna stole his chair), but that's more of a scene than a line. An actual, single line would probably be on the second Big Block of Cheese Day when they flip the map upside down.
"You can't do that."
"Why not?"
"'Cause you're freaking me out!"

Oh, I remember that episode. Poor Charlie, he really does work with some dumb smart people. I also love the bit with CJ and the goldfish...
