LMAO no. I wasn't going to say, but...it's pads. I can almost never find the kind I like here in store, so I frequently order them online. And I was sent ones with wings even though I ordered them without.

The customer service person was a guy, too, which added extra embarrassment, lol.

It was fine, though, they're sending me replacements and because of the nature of the item, I don't have to send the wrong ones back, so I'm donating them to a women's shelter.

Haha, I hear you on pads.. In my head, I'm a tough feminist who is not ashamed that she, like most young-to-middle-aged women, are menstruating. But going up to the counter to have a male cashier is always so awkward.

Haha yes! As soon as I saw a guy's name, I almost said "is there a lady there I can chat with instead?" but felt like that would be ridiculous so I went with it lol. He was professional, though, and it was fine, but I gotta admit I felt kinda awkward.

When I've bought them in store, I've always done the self checkout because I was afraid of getting a male cashier. Like, logically I know it's just a part of life and I shouldn't be embarrassed, but that really doesn't help lol.

God yes. I don't make eye contact with the counter where the pads are sitting, stare a little bit over the male cashier's shoulder, and it's like "HOW ABOUT THAT WEATHER." And he's like "jfc, i get like 50 of these a day, BREATH woman".
