Been mostly recovering today as we got back from our city-break to Krakow earlier. I'm so tired but trying to be grateful for the time off rather than moaning about being tired. It wasn't really a relaxing type of holiday. I usually manage about 70K steps in a full week but according to my tracker I broke that barrier yesterday.

I think the whole holiday has a shadow cast over it because of course we visited Auschwitz-Birkenau, which doesn't leave you in a good mood.

Having said that I was also kinda "disappointed" by the conveyor belt nature of the visit (they admit way too many tours/people) and the people trying to take moody black and white portrait photos for Instagram likes on the railway tracks (near to where over a million people took their last steps on Earth) can quite frankly fuck off.
