Where for some reason the sensations of being in labor and giving birth are arousing instead of excruciating. And often the idea of what's happening turns on the pregnant character and/or their mate.

May or may not involve the character not realizing they're in labor until suddenly the baby is coming out of them RIGHT THE FUCK NOW.

May or may not involve the character trying to ignore their labor and slow it down (unsuccessfully) because "now is a BAD TIME, OKAY."
