I don't think it's fair to the secret makers to lump like, a photo of a pregnant woman in with "content warning" subjects on Friday or something. I'd say the same about, for example, images of spiders, or clowns
I could text tag it? It'd be effective if the picture is a link. By the time you read a text tag on a non-linked image though, you'd have seen the image (regular like non-nude pregnancy wouldn't be NSFW or anything), so I don't know how effective that would be. Can try anyway?

(Anonymous) 2020-02-29 12:42 am (UTC)(link)I'm not exactly familiar with the term text tagging, but it sounds good! I was thinking that maybe today's pregnancy post was so bothering because it was a combination of somewhat nsfw, plus pregnancy together. Maybe if something that is both worthy of being hidden away to a link, and is both pregnancy related, maybe the text tag can get added then? I think I can handle clothes pregnant people.
I thank you very much for your consideration and hard work with Fandom!Secrets. I'd be okay with whatever works for you, so if it's too much of a paradigm change to implement too, then I'd understand. I just made a gut reaction post from something I wasn't expecting I guess.
