I'm the one capslocking about the Utah Jazz over in the entertainment news, and I literally just remembered that the Raptors is one of the teams they played against recently. I adore the Raptors, but my one true loves forever and always with be my beloved Toronto Maple Leafs... who share the same building as the Raptors... and who had a home game against the Lightning just TWO days ago!! (sorry Mishey, they've got it too;;)

!FUCK! I love the NHL! They better not cancel the season, I will be pissed!

If any of my beautiful gold hearted Leafs get sick, I will personally drive down to Utah get myself infected just to bitchslap the bastards ass who got his dumb ass sick!!

Like hell! It's just the fucking flu! THIS IS NOT THE APOCALYPSE! STOP RUINING EVERYONES FUN GODDAMNIT WITH BULLSHIT PARANOIA! AGHH!!!

HOLY SHIT PEOPLE ARE ACTING LIKE ITS A ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE! THE GUY WHO ANNOUNCED IT A PANDEMIC SAID IT DIDN'T EVEN NECESSARILY CLASSIFY IT AS THAT. THE COMMON COLD HAS NO CURE, IT CAN DEVELOP INTO PNEUMONIA WHICH IS MUCH DEADLIER, AND IS JUST AS CONTAGIOUS! THERE IS NO WIDESPREAD PANIC FOR THE FUCKING COLD.

I know people who have it, old, young, I bet there are people here who've had it and didn't even notice because it isn't as severe as what everyone thinks.
Fuck Trump, don't liken me to that thing just because you foolishly believe every fear mongering thing you hear on tv.


The fucking world is shutting down, just this morning there was a physical fight over the last bag of toilet paper at a drug store. People are stocking up because they think it's the end of the world. Even rational people like me are fighting the /crowds/ (lol sucks to be us because now we're all gonna be infected because everyone's going through the same cashiers and shoving each other aside with all the same carts and baskets for a can of beans) because NOTHING is left! I am PISSED because it is all so unnecessary and fuelled by bullshit media who are the only one profiting off of this shit, and they get ratings.
Most of these shut downs and calls for cancellations are only happening because the public is pushing for them. That's all. Nobody is trying to reign in the absolute panic and the entire world is suffering because of it. It's ridiculous.

You can say "fuck Trump" but you sure sound an awful lot like him right now.

Things are shutting down to try and slow down the spread. You can think it's not a big deal if you want, no one's stopping you, but the rest of us are going to listen to the people who actually know what they're talking about, like scientists and medical professionals.

What Trump is doing is keeping people from being tested, keeping the number of cases identified low so he looks good. I'm not even american, so I don't even know the deets on whatever the fuck your country is digging itself out of yet again. The only 'scientists' and 'medical professionals' we see in any official standpoint is on the news. The same news that is making all it's ratings on fear mongering and panic. Taking accounts and protocol to such high degrees that the only defence against it is that Trump doesn't think it's severe... Like fuck. Good for them then that they've found the perfect deceit I guess.
