I was definitely alright with the plot and the not Aziraphale and/or Crowley bits, I had fun with the entire package... But I cannot deny that upon subsequents rewatches I've skipped to just watch their scenes about 70% of the time. They are just so insanely entertaining and have a great chemistry.

I think I would be more than happy with six more hours of just... Aziraphale and Crowley messing around all through history and not miss the other characters one bit...

Same! I loved the whole show, have rewatched it multiple times, and am heavily involved in the fandom. I do watch the full episodes without skipping scenes, but the Aziraphale and Crowley scenes (together or separate) are the ones I look forward to the most. The other parts are good too IMO, but just not as fun to watch.
