Just because you haven't encountered it it's not a strawman. I certainly have.

And it's really not that new and revolutionary as you try to make it out. Nothing about SU is.

NAYRT I would argue that the LGTB representation and other psychological themes dealt with is very atypical for a kids' show but YMMV. (I'm not a fan, just casually used to watch it with my little brother.)

It's a neat little show that teaches kids about inclusion and that it's okay to feel bad sometimes and can also be enjoyed by adults if they want to. Just skip it if you are not, jeez.

They just did the best explanation of CPTSD that I've seen in mass media. Usually how that's done is, "I saw something nasty in the woodshed, FEEL MY PAIN."

AYRT That sound very interesting! IMO it's also very valuable to talk about these topics with children or younger teens.
