I'm a member of at least one Rose/Ten community and I really like it there. But I would love to be a part of the Who fandom in general, because I love everyone on the show. I don't think I truly dislike any one character (maybe River Song, if I have to choose, lol). Everyone on the show gets along for the most part, why can't the fandom be the same way?

Thank you. :-) I seriously can't wait for Dec.25th (even though I'm in the US, so I'll have to wait. But still!).

LOL, I was pretty bugged by River Song too. I hope she's not the next companion, or that she promptly gets more awesome.

I actually have wondered about this - usually it's kind of funny to see how different fandoms have their own "personality," but so much of Who fandom is immature and snippy. Why is that? I guess it's a kind of campy show, and young in the sense that it's more fun and lighthearted than, say, the West Wing. I'm willing to bet those fans don't have too many ship wars. :P

Agh! I'm in the US too, I'm hoping it pops up on surfthechannel. So psyched! :D
