Of course you like daydreaming your ideas more than writing them. Writing, while fun, is also work -- but daydreaming is all fun. So your reaction is pretty normal.

If you want to get past that and write it for real, though, I'll +1 to tabaqui's advice. Try to get just a bit out each day.
