I know why people might hate Xander, Snape, and Moseby, but can someone fill me in on the other two and why they might be easy to hate?

I don’t mind Chakotay, but I can see why people don’t like him since he can be rather flat and has some very stereotypical Native American moments and that could definitely put someone off.

I don’t know the other character.
