I'm okay with not hearing her "side", even if it's disappointing, because sometimes that's just how grief goes. When you lose someone important, you don't always get closure or answers or apologies--they're just gone.

Besides that, though, I do agree with you. She was really complex and obviously flawed and trying to do what she could but failing all the way and I think that's super interesting--but try saying anything positive about her.
