Thank you for reminding me that I need his cookbook (actually I guess now he has two)-- I love chilling out with Binging With Babish, but I've never tried to cook anything from watching the videos... and I'd love to tackle some of them.

(though I probably WON'T be attempting my favorite BWB video, which is the Taco Time one)
