AYRT—thanks for the info. And yeah, I get the not wanting to go to a bunch of stores thing, although none of the ones I’ve been to—I do a different one every week—have been out kf tofu. Maybe there’s just lots of vegetarians or vegans where you live? Maybe if you can’t find tofu next time you go shopping, if you can get milk and lemons or vinegar, you could make paneer instead? Assuming you’re looking for new stuff to try.
