We don't have a stay-at-home order yet because our cases have thus far been mostly imported. Apparently people took that to mean it's perfectly okay to party in crowds this last weekend.

DO YOU NOT SEE ITALY. DO YOU NOT SEE NEW YORK. If this shit blows up in a week I want to blast a shotgun in some people's faces.

I am at the point where, if social distancing weren't a thing, I'd want to go out and bitchslap a few people hard across the face for being so goddamn stupid. I just do not have time or patience for people's bullshit anymore.

NAYRT—I kind of want a polearm of some kind to prod people who won’t keep their distance. Before this whole thing started I walked at least six miles a day and now I’m lucky to get 600 steps in, because people act like it’s no big deal even though we’re up to 200 new cases a day just in my county, without testing anyone who isn’t a first responder or already working or a patient in a hospital, and we’re on a lockdown order. But go grocery shopping or out for a walk—both still allowed—and people are trying to pack together like sardines.

I live about twenty minutes from a big fucking megachurch that refuses to close its doors and fully plans to hold an Easter service and I want to absolutely smack some of these people they interview on the news. What's that, you're immune from coronavirus because Jesus's blood protects you? Then time to do what Christ would do and head to a hospital to start healing some sick, no PPE for you though because you don't need it. Have fun jackass. I honestly wish we could mark these people with a giant 'I am a dumbass' tattoo so everyone knows to avoid them in public because this level of stupidity deserves public shaming.
