I don't mind the spiders since I just trap them in a plastic container (leaving a slight gap for air...idk if they need it or not but I just do that) until I can evict them the following day.

But the roaches... *shudder* I had to kill one yesterday and it was a slow death (I trapped it in a container...I can only hope it's dead after I sprayed it). Them fuckers don't respond well to Raid, and the guy who normally sprays says it takes a few days for their numbers to die off anyway. It sucks because thanks to the coronavirus, I can't move for another year. (I'd totally stay because it's nice but they keep raising rent and quite frankly, I'm paying too damn much just to have fucking roaches hanging around the place.)

We fortunately dont have roaches where I live. I hope you won't get any/too many more of them!
