I'd pick The Genie from Aladdin (Robin Williams). His impressions and jokes would lighten the boredom.

Someone who has lived a long time and has a lot of experience and knows a lot and would also be fun to talk to. So either Gandalf, Elrond, or Galadriel.

One who could magically procure my favorite foods and anything else I needed or wanted. And I’d want it to be someone who enjoys spending time alone and wouldn’t need much company from me. Maybe Wanda from the Fairly Oddparents? She’s got her own entire space (huge bonus), might be happy to just chill out and do her own thing most of the time, and can grant infinite wishes (with some limits, but I doubt wishing up a Happy Meal would go against the rules). I’m sure we’d get along fine if I just treated her with common courtesy.

Why wouldn't you just wish for the Genie to make the diseaes go away

NAYRT but honestly at this point I might wish that only people treating it like nbd (and especially the people in power who said it was no big deal) would catch severe cases and everyone else (and the animals that can catch it) would get it and be asymptomatic and then immune—forever, and not just for a couple years like they’re saying might be the case.

Yeah... Like that was my first thought too... As soon as they mentioned Genie I was like, yeah great answer. Get one for myself, solve the world with another, and free him with the third, everyone wins!

Can I say "none"? I'm glad I live alone, I wouldn't want have to share close quarters with anyone at the moment, it's hard enough to hear my loud neighbours talking as clearly as they were standing in my room.
Or, I'd ask for any magic user able to cast silencing spells.
