What are your favorite things to drink?

I like generally sweet mixed drinks (especially with rum or tequila or vodka), ciders (only had apple and pear, but others would probably be good too), Bailey's, spiced rum, other kinds of rum, sweet wines, Dos Eques beer (only kind I've had and liked), and slivovitza (not remotely sweet, but you can pretty much get drunk of a single sip, it is a Eastern European thing)

I like gins that aren't terribly juniper heavy - Hendrick's, Monkey 47, sloe gins (Elephant sloe... hnnnnnngh!!!), and this one I found at our local Farmer's Market that's weirdly citrus and ginger forward.

Otherwise, fruity ciders. Rekorderlig's ciders are AWESOME. They're also very weak, so not a bad thing to have if you just want to take the edge off and not get drunk. When I was getting into ciders all I could find were nasty, super dry apple ones that I'd have to pour a shot or two of St. Germain into. St. Germain and apple cider is a very good mix, but it felt weird dumping expensive liqueur into canned fizzy stuff.

Fruity ciders are the best. I am now adding that one to my list to try. Not a fan of the super dry ones myself. My dad prefers those. We usually compromise somewhere in the middle.

I'm all for beer. Currently into styles like saison, geuze, gose, and fruited sour beer. IPA is nice too.

I do enjoy red wine, but living alone and not able to finish a bottle by myself I usually save that for restaurant visits or dinner with family or friends.

I also really enjoy red wine, but have the problem where it knocks my ass out. Half a glass and I am asleep on the couch for an hour...

I've reached a point where I'm mostly drinking my liquor neat, so take that as a caveat. I mostly drink rum or whiskey. Cider + rum is both delicious and knock-you-on-your ass so if you want to get blitzed, drop a shot of that spiced rum into an apple cider and try not to pass out.

I do recommend Jim Beam Honey. It really tastes like honey. It's whiskey for people who don't like whiskey.

I like good beer (not pee water), most wines, good whiskey (neat) and milkshakey-tasting mixed drinks like banana daiquiris and chocolate cows.

Pee water is honestly a good description for most of the beers I've tasted. Bitter pee water. How can I tell what is good and what isn't? I had Dos Eques for the first time in Mexico and liked that a lot, but beyond that everything else I've ever had has tasted gross.

hope you don't think this is a cop out answer but it's complicated. there are lots of different beers and you have to try them out to see which ones you like.

Nope, that's cool. I'm just really picky about my alcohol (I've found like 3 wines I like) and I always thought I hated beer until Mexico. I'll probably just stick to the one I like honestly because I hate the other ones I've tried that much. Or do taste testing when I can rather than ordering a whole beer.

Western Sons Prickly Pear Vodka. So fucking delicious.

I drink whiskey and beer mostly. For whiskey, I mostly drink bourbons. My favorite is Old Grandad 100 Proof, which I recommend in the strongest possible terms, and if I can't find that, usually Evan Williams or whatever else is around. For beer I like ales and lagers mostly, or very mellow porters or stouts sometimes. Not super crazy, just comfy, crisp beers without a ton of hops.

I also drink brandy and gin sometimes and also wine but I have no strong feelings about different styles with that.

Liquors (in cocktails): Gin, Tequila, Vodka
I've always wanted to like rum & brandy more than I do, but alas
a smooth whiskey I will have any day.

Beers: I don't like them but if there is NOTHING else Modelo Negra, Dos Equis Ambar, and Guiness.

I will take hard cider any day over beer. Angry orchard, Wylder Pear Cider
