Not advocating for this particular one, just found it as a quick sample. I've seen ones with hand towels, handkerchief, shirts or really anything with a decent amount of fabric. Some methods may require destroying the base item, others won't.
These ones also try to give you a filter layer where you can put some paper towels for a small amount of filtering (still better than nothing!). It's more work than wrapping a scarf, but it'll make me feel better.
