I don't know how you would even be able to tell a celebrity has a bland personality unless you know them personally. I guess if you consume a lot of interviews and social media posts, but even us unwashed masses are not always genuine in those contexts and some people might be reticent in interviews out of nerves or shyness.

What even is a bland personality, anyway? The person is quiet? They like things you find boring? They don't wear their heart on their sleeve?
